My room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Sally and Ian went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, and I'll always remember their kindness during my two nights there. Their home is an easy five-minute walk from the train station and about ten minutes on foot from the restaurants I wanted to visit. The stay was everything I could have hoped for, and more.

The Lindean Guest House is the best B&B I've ever stayed in by far. Sally and Ian are wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome, almost like we were staying at a friend's home. The house is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, cosy, and comfortable. Five stars doesn't feel like enough. Highly recommend, and I definitely hope to return.

Sally and Ian are gracious owners who do everything they can to make sure you're happy and comfortable. They gave me restaurant suggestions, arranged a wonderful local tour for me, and added thoughtful touches that made the stay memorable. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast delightful. The Lindean Guest House is also very conveniently located in Dumphries, Scotland. Highly recommend it.

Sally and Ian are gems as hosts: warm, kind, and great to chat with. They always make us feel welcome. We have stayed many times and every visit has been fabulous. The Lindean is on a quiet street, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. The house is beautiful, with high ceilings, lovely furnishings, and thoughtful details like the little treat boxes in the rooms with tea, coffee, and biscuits. The rooms have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of choice, including smoked salmon, a breakfast burrito, omelette, and the full cooked breakfast. I can't recommend it enough, 10/10 every time!

Ian and Sally looked after us from the moment we arrived. They're so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and breakfast was delicious. The B&B is also in a great spot for getting to the town centre. Thanks to you both for a wonderful stay.
