We stopped here on our way to Scotland and had a much better stay than we expected. The triple room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and our five-year-old loved having a bed of his own. Service was superb, and it was great value for money. We’d highly recommend it for a good night's sleep.

For a clean, well-run and economical stay in Durham, this is a great choice. The service from the staff was especially good, even better than what I'm used to at a Premier Inn. The rooms were consistent with that chain, too. It's about 13 minutes from Walkergate car park.

Micheal at the front desk was so helpful and kind, and really made our stay special. The hotel felt modern, cosy and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't hear motorway noise because the rooms are well soundproofed. We'll be back!

For what it is, this place is great. The rooms are decent, the location is good and the price is right. The continental breakfast was basic but still good. No complaints from me, and I'd stay again. 👌

The rooms are small, but they have everything you need and are more than fine for a night's rest. I was there on a business trip and found the stay very comfortable. The hotel is modern and immaculately clean, the food is really nice, and the pizzas were 10/10. Every staff member was friendly. I'd happily stay again.
