The view of the castle from the dining room was the real highlight, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The team at 100 Princes made the stay special with thoughtful service at every turn. They handled my aunt's gluten allergy flawlessly without needing reminders. A gentleman helped with our luggage, and the concierge took care of our requests, even package deliveries and finding a Dyson Airwrap. Every interaction was delightful. We'll definitely be back.

I've stayed at three Edinburgh hotels, and this one was best for location, staff, and a good night's sleep. The customer service was almost unsettlingly kind and polite, lol. My only real miss was the lack of a gym and sauna. I nearly took off a star, but then remembered they knew about my rough flight and had my room ready really early.

We walked almost everywhere from this centrally placed hotel, with everything we wanted to visit nearby. The staff were incredible, including with dietary needs and recommendations, and the food was amazing. The hotel, bar, and room are all gorgeous, with heated bathroom flooring and a view of Edinburgh castle from our room. From the front steps onward, everything felt luxurious, and we enjoyed every moment and the lovely amenities. I can see why it has a Michellin key. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

What stayed with me most was the hospitality. The staff remembered me and made me feel at home in a way that felt genuine. The place is elegant without being pretentious, and the weekend felt almost too lovely to wake up from. My room was peaceful despite facing busy Princes St, and the bathrobes were so comfortable I wanted to stay in them all day. The 2nd floor lounge is worth spending a whole day in. Breakfast was the standout, with well beyond standard continental options and wonderful flavors. I also loved the afternoon cream tea and an evening sampling the remarkable whiskey collection. The design is stunning too, though the welcoming, thoughtful staff outshone it. I look forward to coming back.

The location made it easy to walk to Old Town, the Royal Mile, and plenty of shopping and dining. My husband and I had a memorable romantic getaway at 100 Princes Street, which exceeded our expectations. The Scottish-inspired design is elegant, while the boutique hotel still feels intimate. Our room was beautiful and perfectly kept, with luxurious bedding. We loved the cozy lounge for evening cocktails and the exceptional breakfasts. The Edinburgh Castle view made each morning feel magical. From the moment we arrived, every interaction with the staff was warm, thoughtful, and personal. We can't wait to return.
