The apartment was huge, very clean, and had a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. There were five of us and we each needed a bed, so we booked the three-bedroom place. We probably could have chosen the two-bedroom apartment, since the pullout sofa was good and one of us chose it instead of a twin. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to pretty much anywhere in Old Town. The area was lovely and felt safe. We noticed a few strip clubs nearby, as other reviews mention, but as five women we pay attention to things like that. We didn't hear any noise at night, just pigeons cooing outside the window one morning. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Edinburgh.

The team clearly cared about guest satisfaction, and that came through in every interaction. The facilities were well organised and suited both business and leisure stays, with attention to detail throughout.

The apartment was spacious and close to restaurants, a grocery store and the main tourist attractions. Most things in the room looked dated, but they all worked well, and I would recommend this serviced apartment. We booked it for our family of five in August. Check-in was at Four, but they stored our bags when we arrived at three. Our room was on the top floor, reached by an old elevator that worked but felt a little rickety. We were told there was no air conditioning, so we left the windows open at night. We woke up sweating to find it was still 27 degrees and the radiators were hot. We asked the attendant to check, and he switched off the heater. After that, the room was tolerable with the windows open.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. It even had a daily cleaning service, so it felt a bit like staying in a hotel, with much more room. The staff were very kind and ready to help whenever needed. It's well located for exploring Edinburgh on foot. The price was high, but still below the hotels near the castle. There's a parking space available to book for an extra charge, which is useful in the city centre. We really recommend this place and will come back.
