I hadn't planned ahead, so at the end of my first day hiking the Moray Cost Trail I stopped at the Harbour Inn to ask about a room for the night. They had one, and everyone was welcoming. The room was spotless and lovely, with a sea view and a large hot shower. Breakfast was a fantastic full Scottish with Haggis. I enjoyed the whole stay, and even caught a beautiful sunset from the hill just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

We only managed one night, sadly, but I hope we can return. The harbour and beach are both very close, and the location is fantastic. Our landlord was a fabulous host, the service was excellent, and the food was really good, especially breakfast. Well worth a visit.

The owners were lovely, and the locals were friendly too. Mum and I stayed in family room number 5, with one double bed, two singles and an en suite. Towels, tea and coffee were provided. There’s a great bar, and I’d happily recommend it.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were plain but clean, and getting to them left a lot to be desired. The evening meal and breakfast were tasty, though.

The staff were so kind and went out of their way to make vegetarian dinners for my friend and me. We both really enjoyed the meal at The Harbour Inn on Sunday, and it set us up well for our walk to Lossiemouth, which was beautiful. Thanks so much, we really appreciated it 😊
