The rooms are lovely and clean, and Jenny, the host, has been incredibly kind, generous and responsive. I’ve stayed here three times and will keep coming back whenever I visit Exeter. She helped me with several things during my stays, and I can’t thank her enough.

Jenny gave us a very warm welcome, and we’d definitely stay again. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It’s a peaceful spot, yet close to road links for the main attractions and beaches. Highly recommended.

It’s a first-class base for visiting places nearby, and I’d stay here again. We had our caravan on their CL, which is open to Caravan and Motorhome club members, but didn’t feel particularly welcome. The owner asked me to remove the breathable awning mat I’d put down. It’s easy to reach from junction 30 at the end of the M5, making it convenient for people from Scotland and the North to break a journey to Cornwall. There’s plenty of interest close by: Woodbury common for walkers, Exmouth, Sidmouth and Topsham, plus Exeter park and ride just a mile away. Dart Farm and Greendale Farm are well worth a visit for their farm shops.

We were so warmly welcomed and felt thoroughly spoiled by the welcome pack of bread, milk, breakfast cereal and more. The Annexe room was bright, exceptionally clean, peaceful and comfortable. I can’t fault the stay at all. My husband, who is usually nervous around dogs, even enjoyed playing ball with Tiffany the dog. Thank you so very much for a delightful visit.
