Breakfast was one of the highlights, with lovely local ingredients and delicious homemade jams. The room was roomy, comfortable and calming, with a lovely view of the sea, and the whole property is decorated beautifully. The owners made us feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful. It’s also an easy walk downhill to town, the beaches and the station. The only small thing I’d change is the shower pressure, but that barely took away from an otherwise brilliant stay. We’d love to come back.

We had a great time here and will definitely stay again. The couple running the guest house were lovely, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and when we needed something it was dealt with quickly. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was superb.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty for plant-based eaters like us, and the whole house had that lovely wow factor. It was spotless, with beautifully decorated rooms throughout. We chose room six, which seemed to be the smallest, but it still worked very well for our four-night Easter break. We had a look at the other rooms too, and they were all finished to a high standard. The hosts were fantastic and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. Tina and I really enjoyed our stay. Such a warm welcome, lovely food and clean rooms. Thank you so much.

The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable, though the decor felt a little formal. The owner welcomed us and explained the breakfast and room servicing arrangements. Breakfast costs an extra £5 and there was a good spread. It’s handy for town, about 10-15 minutes downhill to the beach or high street. We didn’t need the car during the festival. I knew from the advert that rooms weren’t serviced, but I still didn’t like having to ask for tea bags or clean cups, or reuse towels that stayed wet all day. That’s why we’ll stay elsewhere next time we’re in Falmouth. It’s a good option if you’re fine with looking after those things yourself.

The Covid precautions were very reassuring. We stayed four nights at the Falmouth Bay Guest House and had a lovely welcome from the fantastic hosts, who were always happy to help. The rooms were a good size, beautifully decorated and spotless, with a real wow factor. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and quality ingredients.
