HQ Aparthotel Farnborough

The Club Apartment was well equipped and, as I’ve come to expect, spotless. I used this apartment block regularly in 2022 and booked again without hesitation for a business night in the area. The front-of-house staff were a delight to talk to, as always. One change I noticed: parking, which was free under Saco, now costs £7.50 per day, or more realistically overnight. That’s a slightly leggy rate.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and the location was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only small thing we’d change is the bathroom lighting, which could be better for shaving and putting on makeup. I mentioned it to reception and they noted it. I’d definitely recommend the place and use it again.

The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. At first I thought this was a solid three-star hotel, but after one night I noticed how much needed cleaning, repairing or replacing. Things were cracked, stained, wobbly or dirty, and it felt more like a two-star place to me. There was nothing four-star about it. There was no WiFi during my stay, and my room seemed to be in a signal dead spot, so I couldn’t work or take meetings there. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t help.

A spacious, modern apartment with good equipment and a handy spot for the motorways and attractions like Farnborough. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. You can sometimes hear road noise from overzealous motorists. I’d recommend it, very good value for money.
