There’s a Burger King, Costa, Waitrose and Smith's just across the car park, so we didn’t need to get back in the car for anything. We stayed on 7th Feb 2026, heading home from Peppa pig world, and had no complaints. The receptionist was lovely, helpful and polite, and we had a nice chat. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a bath too. That was a treat after travelling north from the south, since motorway hotels don’t always have one. We’ll use this hotel next time we go on an adventure.

On my checkout day I had an emergency at work and knew I’d be late leaving. I called Samantha, who told me to take my time, not rush back, and drive safely. She even called later to check I was okay and still on the road. Samantha and the whole team, including the cleaning staff, were warm and kind throughout my stay. The front desk staff were attentive, happy to chat, and ready to help with any questions. They really go above and beyond. What a cracking team and place to stay. Thanks for looking after me!

We’ve already booked to come back in two weeks. On Friday, the friendly reception team were really helpful, and all the staff were welcoming and informative. Our room was warm and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we all slept brilliantly before the journey home. There was plenty of tea and coffee, with more available at reception if needed. Had one of the best night's sleep we've had in ages. The shower was lovely and hot, and the room was clean and nice. It was very well priced, and the reception staff were really friendly.
