Oxgang Kitchen Bar & Rooms

I've stayed here three times in the past couple of months, and happened to get the same room each time. The room looked spotless, with clean bedding and carpets, but there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, possibly the sink. Opening the window helped at first, though the smell was back by morning. The floor by the bed has also become quite squeaky, which must be frustrating for whoever is in the next room or directly below. I still like the hotel. A little maintenance and attention to detail could make it a great choice for business stays.

The lamb chops and Chicken Tikka were lovely, and all the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely meal. I'll definitely come back.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the location was great. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the room rate was very reasonable. They were also very accommodating with our two large dogs. I can't fault anything and would highly recommend Oxgang.

The food was the highlight: half our party ordered from the European menu and the rest from the Indian one, and both were superb. The Indian dishes felt really authentic, with the spices tasting spot on. The burger and Mac and cheese hit the spot too. The place was pristine, with a welcoming, calm atmosphere. Our waiter was amazing, polite and checked on us without hovering. The staff were super friendly. I hadn't even known this little gem was here, despite living in grangemouth for a couple of years. I had an amazing experience and really recommend it. I've found a place I'll definitely come back to whenever I feel like going out for dinner.
