Getting around to local attractions and places to eat was easy from here. We also had a clean, comfortable room with everything we needed to relax. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, which made the whole visit feel lovely. I’d gladly come back.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the receptionist was friendly, professional, and great at communicating. Our room was spotless, well kept, and bigger than I expected. There’s a secure car park with plenty of space, and supermarkets are an easy walk away. A nearby restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner too. It was a smooth, comfortable stay at this Premier Inn in Thurrock, and I’d happily recommend it and return.

For my first stay at a Premier Inn, it made a strong impression. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world, including 5star places, and the facilities here were better than I expected for the price. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Kim, the manager, was charming, warm, professional, and helpful, as was the reception team. Please pass our thanks on to Kim and all her staff.

The reception team were pleasant and helpful while we were here to catch up with friends. Our room was tidy, but the bed felt very small for a Premier Plus room, where I’d expected something bigger. I also wasn’t happy to pay £7.50 for parking as a hotel guest. That charge would put me off coming back.

Salma at reception was especially lovely and made the visit so much better. I stayed last night with my partner, and the room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. The area was convenient, close to lakeside. We’ll be back : )
