Guildford Harbour Hotel

The spa and leisure area were a real treat after a long day, relaxing and well maintained. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a great bed and excellent facilities. The hotel’s modern design made a good impression, and its spot in the heart of town was convenient for shopping, restaurants, and transport. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices and the food was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return to Harbour Hotel Guildford.

The Drift Away massage with Destiny was the standout for me, simply outstanding. We also tried the gym, which was busy but well equipped, so we still got a workout in. The spa was a relaxing retreat. We had three courses and cocktails in the restaurant. The food was very good and carefully presented, and there was a great cocktail selection. P gave us especially attentive service and went out of their way to make things seamless. One other waitress was a little abrupt on two occasions, a small inconsistency that stood out against the otherwise polished service. We also spent time at the bar and liked the range and quality of the cocktails. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and well appointed, with high quality amenities. Robes and slippers weren’t included, though the other details felt well considered. The hotel is ideally located. It was a shame The Long Bar & Grill was closed while we were there, but that didn’t detract much from the stay. We got a high end experience for the money, with a nice balance of comfort and luxury. We’d gladly return to Harbour Hotel if we visit Guildford again.

Gracie and Nell make visits to the Harbour Hotel bar a real treat for me and my five year old daughter. They go out of their way to include her and make her feel grown up. Both provide phenomenal customer service. We only come in occasionally, but if you’re passing and want a place to eat or drink, pop in. The people are great.

I visit often, and the staff always make an effort to help me feel welcome and looked after when I’m away from home. Marius has been consistently warm, friendly, and good at anticipating what I need. The team seems to follow that considerate lead, and it makes a real difference.
