The room felt years out of date, and there was barely enough room to move along one side of the bed. A cold draught came through the window, repairs had left bare filler showing in places, and the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was just cheap packaged continental items and long-life yogurts. It could have been so much better, but this was the worst place I’d stayed in for a long time. :(

The family room at least gave us a double and a separate single, and breakfast was a decent start to the day. It’s also handy for the motorway and buses into Bristol. The room itself was another story. The place badly needs an overhaul, and the toilet seat slid around. We found cobwebs and a damp smell, and during our three nights nobody came to clean or refresh anything: the beds, mugs and towels were left as they were. There weren’t enough towels, no spare bedding, and one bed had just one pillow. Convenient for a quick stop, perhaps, but I’d look elsewhere if you need fresh towels, a working toilet and enough pillows.

We all slept soundly, the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and parking felt safe and was included. My daughters had booked it for us to stay overnight, and we got a warm welcome when we arrived. Breakfast had a lovely range of continental choices, and the woman helping out was so kind and attentive. Thanks for being part of our lovely weekend in Bristol 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty to choose from and fresh food. Getting around was easy too, thanks to the convenient location near public transport and attractions. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were welcoming and professional. My room was clean and comfortably furnished, with a good bed and the expected things like a mini-fridge, kettle and complimentary toiletries. I’d recommend it for either a leisure or business trip. It felt like a good mix of comfort, convenience and value.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and my room was spotless and comfortable. I felt at home during my two nights at the Coach House Bed and Breakfast, thanks to the warm, attentive staff and lovely hospitality. A relaxing place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it.
