From check-in through checkout, we couldn’t fault anything. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent. A big thank you to the reception staff this morning. My Dad became unwell while we were having breakfast, and everyone was so kind and did all they could for us. We’ll definitely come back and stay again. Thanks so much to all of you ❤️

I stay here regularly and have never had a bad visit. The room was super clean and smelled lovely. Today, Eve or Eva checked me in, sorry, I didn’t catch her name properly. She was such a friendly, lovely person and asked me about my day, which made the experience great. She forgot to give me a keycard, and I only noticed when I got back to my room. She really didn’t have to, but she was so apologetic and even gave me a free drink. First class service, thank you!

Kimberly was so friendly when we arrived and was more than happy to help. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was lovely. The only problem was the kids next door screaming and slamming doors until 3am. Other than that, we had a lovely stay :))

The staff were super welcoming, and our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have breakfast, even though it was included. The free retail car park was a stone’s throw away, but it was really busy, so we used the car park opposite the hotel instead. It was a reasonable £9.20 for two days and nights, paid in two separate payments. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and the bar and dining areas were spotless. Breakfast was good too. The two young women on duty made the stay, though. They were among the best hotel receptionists I’ve ever met, even compared with staff at several 5-star hotels. Friendly and helpful, they were happy to do anything to make our stay exceptional. An outstanding visit, and this place deserves more than five stars.
