The hotel team gave us a warm, helpful welcome, and parking was easy. Our room was clean, fresh and comfortable for one night, with no real complaints. The main building could use some attention to the decor in the shared corridors and on the stairs. We had a very different experience at the attached restaurant. A staff member was frosty and didn't greet us, which felt rude, so we left and went out to eat. We skipped breakfast there too, and found a friendlier welcome and great food in Portsmouth. The hotel itself and its staff were all positive, and the location worked well for visiting the south coast.

The rooms were my favourite part: really clean, soft and comfortable. The waiting room was super comfy too, and the bar and surroundings were clean. Reception made me feel welcome and helped make the stay a great experience. The view looked onto a car park, but it didn't spoil my holiday. The food was lovely, especially breakfast. I don't stay in hotels much, but this was one of the best I've tried, and I'd stay again.

We stayed here for a weekend with our family, and the location was ideal for visiting relatives nearby. Our family room had plenty of space for four and was clean and tidy. Staff throughout the hotel were really friendly. Olivia welcomed us at the restaurant and was especially polite and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with a good choice of options. It was our second visit, and we'll definitely return.

Breakfast the next morning was well worth it. The cook did a fantastic job, and the restaurant staff were polite and caring. The location was also great for the site, so I'd definitely stay here again. I was here for a works party on Friday 28th of November and stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. It was presentable, clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. Reception were friendly when I arrived and came across as very professional. I enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were spotless, fresh-looking and more spacious than I expected. After a long day on the tools, a hot shower with great water pressure was just what I needed. Later, we went down for food. It was fresh and tasty, and the waiter welcomed us with a big smile and was just as friendly as the receptionist. I was initially worried about finding space for our two big vans and keeping them safe overnight. A friendly gentleman came out, said he was on the night shift, and reassured me he'd keep an eye on them and that they'd never had any issues there. That put my mind at ease. From the moment we arrived at Premier Inn Havant, the receptionist greeted us with a big smile. I'd highly recommend the hotel, especially for tradespeople. You can rest easy about the vans, and the service from start to finish was spot
