The room was warm and comfortable, and I slept like a log. The shower was lovely, with a strong flow of hot water. Although the hotel is right by the motorway, I couldn't hear it from my room. The lady who checked me in was lovely and friendly. I was only there one night for work and didn't have dinner or breakfast, so I can't comment on those. The bar looked cosy, maybe I'll give it a try next time. Highly recommend the hotel.

My room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were helpful. Everyone was welcoming, especially Abbey, who helped me with my meal. I ordered steak, chips and peppercorn sauce as a birthday treat, then found I couldn't manage cutting the steak because of a hand injury. Abbey spotted it straight away, checked in and kindly cut it up for me. A great stay, and I really appreciated her excellent service.

Katie was rushed off her feet going back and forth, but stayed smiling and was lovely and polite throughout our wedding meal tasting tonight. She was brilliant, and when I wanted something changed, she got straight on it, with hardly any wait. The food was delicious, so huge compliments to the chef. We're super excited for the wedding now. Thank you, Katie and chef!

I stayed for two weeks on a work trip, and Katie and Keiva made it such a wonderful experience. I'd overpacked and couldn't get my suitcase upstairs, but they immediately helped me carry it to my room. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference. Thanks, ladies, for the outstanding service!

The evening meal was excellent, and Kylie served us really well. The reception and public area were lovely, spacious and bright, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was my first stay here and I was very pleased. I'd be happy to recommend the hotel.
