The Close Airport

The place had a nice atmosphere and was clean and bright. I stayed for two days, and check-in took about five minutes. Just contact the administrator and follow the instructions, and you’re in. I live in a high-rise and am used to hearing neighbors, but if you’re used to living in a house or apartment without that kind of noise, bring earplugs. I liked my stay and would stay here again on my next trip to London.

I booked too quickly and regret it. Once I got there, I booked another room at ibis. The room was cramped, smelled strong, and the bed was uncomfortable. Its door wouldn’t lock from the inside, and they didn’t fix it. It was also very noisy, with anyone coming into or leaving the house waking me up. The price was almost the same as ibis. Worst experience I’ve had, and far too expensive for a stay with so little comfort.

I ended up without a room because they put the wrong key in the box, and I had a flight to catch the next day. They spoke to me in a very blunt, impolite way. It feels like the owner thinks they’re doing you a favour by letting you stay. Maybe you’ll be one of the lucky ones if you book here, but I wouldn’t risk it. Please book somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. The saying goes that you get what you pay for, but in my case this ridiculous place wasn’t worth even the money I paid.

They don’t reply to messages or phone calls, then cancel your booking and leave you stranded.
