Premier Inn Kings Langley

The spacious room was great and big enough that I could have stayed for up to three nights. I was there for one night ahead of visiting Warner Bros The Making of Harry Potter the next day. The hotel is centrally located, around a 10-minute drive from the studio. Service was a bit off. There was no one to greet me at check-in or check-out, and getting checked in took a while.

It's handy having shops, pubs and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is by a Miller Carter. Shrubbery around it makes it feel away from the area's hustle and bustle, so the location is great. Parking is tight, though. We were out in the car and got back at 8:30 for the night to find hardly any spaces. Our family room was a little run down, with carpet peeling by the bathroom and marks on the walls. When our little one looked out the window, the spring-loaded net rail came down on her head. Still, it was quiet, and the beds and amenities were what you'd expect at a Premier Inn. Breakfast was on par with other Premier Inns too. We only saw staff at arrival, at the check-in desk, and in the breakfast room. On departure, we dropped the keys through a box.

The room was fresh and clean, and the hot breakfast was a nice bonus. On my first visit to Kings Langley, I was impressed right from arrival. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, which made my stay more comfortable. Premier Inn Kings Langley will be my go-to from now on. Thanks again.

Breakfast was better than average, and the receptionist was helpful when the key-card machine failed and he had to let us into the room himself. But I had a terrible night's sleep. The bed wasn't very comfortable and creaked every time we moved, while the radiator kept clicking. We could also hear other guests quite clearly, and they were loud. This has put me off staying at a Premier Inn again.
