A well-priced, quiet stay with comfortable rooms. The Beefeater connects indoors, which is very convenient in winter. The location makes it easy to get around, and Ware town is a short walk away. There are several places to eat there, plus a free museum that's interesting to visit.

Helin and Claire sorted out my room problem immediately on 31/01/2026, and did it kindly and professionally. The location is great, with a 10-minute walk over the bridge to the pubs and town, and overnight guests get free parking. Working lifts were a big bonus too.

Helin made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make the stay lovely. She was so friendly and helpful, with an infectious smile and positive attitude. I left feeling uplifted. If you're visiting and want a warm welcome, ask for Helin. Five-star service.

Great location and excellent staff. The Premier PLUS rooms were good, though a few wear-and-tear marks kept them from a full five stars. The family-friendly restaurant next door was brilliant.

The bedroom was perfect, as usual for a Premier Inn, but breakfast at this one was diabolical. The fried eggs were inedible and rubbery, and everything except the sausages was cold. The yoghurt was the best part. I helped myself to croissants and the rest, but even those were stale. Sadly, I won't bother eating at Premiers again.
