The staff were polite and check-in was fast. My room was simple but clean, though parts of the hotel look a bit worn. The services location makes food and parking easy, but noise may depend on where your room is. Decent value if you only need a bed for one night.

For a quick night on the road, it worked fine. I found the M25 location handy, with plenty of places to eat in the service area, and check-in with the friendly staff was easy. The room was clean enough, though the hotel feels dated and could use some updating. I’d be happy to stop here briefly, but not for a longer trip.

Apart from the heat, the room was great: clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. It was 30oC, and I couldn't adjust the locked thermostat. The night staff tried to help but didn't have the radiator PIN, so I switched it off at the wall.

Room 101 needs a lot of work. The bath was discoloured, the chrome fittings had limescale, and the worktops need replacing. The toilet seat moved, and the cracked floor tiles were loose. The hallway and stairs could use an update too. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking, good provision for EV cars, and food and drink nearby. This place is screaming out for a Refurb!

The room was huge and clean, and my partner could use the fitness room for free. Parking was only £5, and we had lovely fellow guests. At check-in, the bar service and Starbucks were handy, and the manager was welcoming and patient with all my questions about the facilities. I was so impressed that I've booked another two nights in two weeks!
