The beds were comfortable, so it worked well enough for an overnight stop. I wouldn't choose it for a holiday. Some rooms have deep baths with a shower over them, which could be difficult if you have any mobility issues.

My company booked me in for a business stay. The room was clean, though dated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was only a vending machine for food or drink. The restaurant next door has closed, and with the petrol station undergoing major refurbishment, there was nowhere nearby to eat or get a drink.

I've stayed here loads of times. It's a really nice hotel, and there's a garage next door. The downside is its location just off the A63, where traffic can get heavy at times.

Rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The petrol station next door has a fridge with chilled beer and wine, so I didn't need to drive for those. It's a bit out of the way, but priced well against better located hotels and nearby Travelodges, so it comes down to what you prefer. Travelodge does what it says on the tin.
