The modern fitness centre and clean spa were real highlights, and the staff were friendly. Our room felt dated, though it was kept in good condition. Breakfast was the letdown. One person was left to replenish the buffet, and they couldn't manage it alone. On weekdays it was meant to run until 9:30, but with about an hour still to go, there was very little food left and no sign of more coming out. I was really disappointed, especially as I paid £40 for breakfast across my three-day stay.

In September 2025 I came for a dance weekend organised by Tailored Tango, and the hotel handled the group of tangueros y tangueras so well. Everyone was made to feel welcome, and the staff went out of their way to look after us, including me with my dietary requirements. They were friendly throughout. I can't wait to come back in March this year and finally enjoy the pool. Highly recommended.

The restaurant meal was good, but service took quite a while. It may have been because things were busy in the run-up to Christmas. I was here on a business trip. The room was cosy and had what I needed, including a modern shower with strong water pressure. The heater was awkwardly close to the bed, blowing hot air straight at my face when I lay down. Its bright light also made the room less suitable for anyone who needs complete darkness to sleep. A good hotel, with a few things that could be improved.

The spa and leisure facilities were great, with a sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi and gym, and we liked the bar and restaurant too. We booked two rooms for one night. Both were spacious and clean, including the bathrooms, and we had a great stay even though it was brief. Parking cost extra because we hadn't booked through the hotel's own website. The WiFi didn't work, so we used our mobile data. Would recommend.
