Queensgate Court

I stayed for five nights and had an amazing time. The apartment was unbelievably spacious, and the service was great. Anka at reception was amazing and so helpful. It’s around a 10 minute walk to the underground station, and walking in London is perfect. There may be some noise on the upper floors, but it wasn’t an issue for me. For a good night’s sleep, this is definitely the place. I can’t see why it doesn’t get higher ratings. I’d stay again rather than spend my budget on five star hotels in London, and I recommend staying here.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and the location was fantastic. Ms. Anca was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and her hospitality made my family and me feel right at home. I’m also grateful to Ms. Dareen and Mr. Mahfoud on the reservation team for their great support and help.

There are several flat options here, from studios to 1, 2, and 3 bedroom places. The staff are very friendly and will do their best to make your stay pleasant. It’s about a 10 minute walk to both South Kensington tube station and Gloucester Road station. Royal Albert Hall is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around a 10 minute walk from the building. These are serviced apartments near Hyde Park.

I’m visiting from Australia, but the property is refusing to refund my stay from May 9th, even though the UK imposed a quarantine period for overseas visitors. Tripadvisor and Expedia also show the hotel closed until 1st July. Since they can’t provide the dates I paid for, I should receive a 100% refund.
