Premier Inn Canterbury City Centre

I usually come a couple of times a year and am already looking at my next visit. Thanks to the staff who helped me when I needed assistance during my December stay. On an earlier visit, I’d had an issue because I was given a lowered bath instead of a wet room. This time I had a great room with a wet room and a view of the cathedral, and the weather was lovely too. Thanks for the stay.

The room looked like a typical modern one-bedroom room, and it was fresh and very clean. The view room was well worth it, especially since it was our anniversary and we’d splashed out on something fancy. The woman at reception was an absolute gem, so warm and welcoming. Someone that lovely is a real credit to the hotel and franchise. I’d recommend this hotel 100%. The only downside is there’s no parking on site.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We had a lovely stay, and Lucia went out of her way to make it extra special for us. We can’t thank her enough.

The room stayed quiet despite the traffic, and the beds were nice. I’m not keen on windows that don’t open, but it didn’t affect our sleep. My sister and I stayed for two nights last week and had a great experience. The staff were helpful, there was a nice selection of food and plenty of bargain offers, and breakfast was yummy with so much choice.
