Rachel was cheerful and helpful, and the bar staff were awesome and professional. I had to wait three hours for my family while they were at the spa, but she made the evening fun, especially as I got to try different drinks since I'm not from norfolk. Highly recommend Ffolkes. Honestly, one of the best nights I've had in a while. THANKYOU.

As a local and a Sunday dinner enthusiast, I can honestly say the Ffolkes' Sunday Pie Feast is the best carvery in the area. The food was excellent, and unlimited pudding was such a treat. The staff looked after us attentively from arrival until we left, making sure we had a great experience. It's worth getting the free Norfolk Passport before you go, as it can take some money off the bill. Love this place.

We had a great break in a spa room at Ffolkes, and the staff around the spa and hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The room was stylish, with lovely finishing touches, and breakfast was excellent, both the food and the service. Container golf was a fun way to pass some downtime. We would stay again for the accommodation, spa, breakfast and staff, but next time we'd probably eat elsewhere or choose a night with a different food trader. The evening meal was the biggest disappointment. That night's street food trader was Ruchi, and the food was underwhelming despite the menu reading well. It reminded me of a Wetherspoons curry night: plain boiled rice that was overcooked, bland curries, and no freshly made naans or flatbreads. The start to dinner was awkward too. I asked for a stout, then a Lilley’s cider, then a rhubarb gin, all listed on the menu, and each time staff came back to say they didn't have it. There was also an outside light by our room that couldn't be switched off and disturbed both of us at night, which was a letdown in otherwise relaxing accommodation.

The pub food was great, including a very tasty curry, and brunch had far more choice than I expected. They even had an ice cream machine. The spa was fun and social rather than quiet, with great music, very comfy robes and towels. Remember to bring your own footwear. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have something to order for food in the spa area, though they do provide plenty of free sweets. A perfect overnight stay, with a lovely room and treats like tea, hot chocolate and cookies. I think it's a unique spa experience, ideal for couples or friends.

We really enjoyed the thermal spa, with its different options to move between at our own pace. There were scented steam rooms, saunas, heated beds, a cold plunge pool, an outdoor log burner, and a big jacuzzi pool. You could order drinks at the attached bar and help yourself to complimentary snacks. We also tried the optional neck, back and shoulder massage, which was great. This was our first visit to Ffolkes, for a joint birthday treat, and it didn't disappoint. Our one-night spa access room included complimentary entry from noon on check-in day until noon the next day, and we made the most of it. The rooms were bright, quirky and nicely decorated. The pub on site offered plenty of food choices, with a different vendor theme each night. Breakfast was a generous all-you-can-eat buffet, with a wide range of good quality food, and it was included with the room. A lovely, relaxing stay with an exhilarating spa experience. We'd come again.
