There was no free parking, so we paid £10 for one night at a car park the hotel uses, about an 80-yard walk away. The evening restaurant menu was very limited, with Indian food or not much else, though breakfast had a good selection. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and views of the Thames. There was enough choice of drinks for our one-night stay. Only one lift seemed to be working, and a key card drop box would help guests avoid queuing behind people asking for a free room upgrade 🙄. TNT Sports was on in the hotel lounge.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, with delicious Indian food, and the staff were lovely. The room looked nice and was clean, but there wasn't nearly enough wardrobe space for me to hang most of my clothes. The TV links said we could log into Netflix, but that didn't work. The lift was broken, and the air conditioning kept switching off. Standards felt low for a Crowne Plaza.

Breakfast is definitely worth adding, with lots of options and delicious food. My partner and I had a fabulous stay at the crown plaza hotel in Kingston. The staff were attentive, informative, and fabulous throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony looking over the Thames. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The staff were approachable, and the fried eggs at breakfast were yummy, though there weren't many other options. The room was clean and comfortable but small. It's a decent place to stay for convenience or a bit of respite, but nothing fancy. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

We had loads of fun, and all our guests had an amazing time at the wedding. We only had a short time to find a venue, and after visiting a few places we weren't happy with, a friend led us to Crowne Plaza in Kingston. We met Abhishek, who gave us amazing support in holding our wedding at the following venue and went above what we expected to make sure everything ran smoothly. The whole staff were absolutely amazing throughout the planning and on the day. A big thank you to Abhishek and the Crowne Plaza staff. I'd highly recommend the following place for future events or a general hotel stay.
