Alex was especially helpful, taking the time to give us directions to Cluny Activities, just five minutes away. Everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. We had a delicious dinner and would recommend the hotel. The decor is modern and stunning, and there's plenty of free parking in a well-lit car park. There are also lots of EV charging points.

The hotel interior is lovely, and the afternoon tea was even better than we expected. It was as good as, or better than, the Dome in Edinburgh, and better value too. Our young waitress gave us such lovely service. I've often been disappointed by afternoon teas elsewhere, especially when they cost more than a full lunch. Dean Park hotel really surpassed my expectations. Well done, everyone.

The food at our afternoon tea was simply outstanding, and it was great value. There are several hospitality areas, and quality was there at every stage. Highly recommended. On my next trip, I'll book accommodation too, so I can try some of the great-looking dishes on the menu.

We stayed for six nights in the Ruby Suite, which felt very luxurious. The bed was huge and really comfortable, the bathroom and shower were fabulous, and the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day without us having to ask. We had dinner one evening in the Grande Restaurant, where both the food and service were exceptional. Breakfast was very good too, with continental and full Scottish options every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, and we can't praise the service or food quality enough. We can't fault The Dean Park.
