Comfortable room, relaxing atmosphere, and really good service. We had a lovely stay and I’d recommend it.

The staff were great, and the accommodation was spacious and quiet. My first two-bed apartment did feel a bit closed in, with small windows and a squeaky floor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. At that price, I didn’t expect that. They offered me a different apartment, which was much brighter, more modern, had larger windows, and working plumbing. I hope the young Peruvian front desk manager wasn’t too bothered by being recorded. I genuinely thought you were saying I’d be charged twice if I checked in with a different credit card. I can be a bit stupid, but not stupid enough to accept that offer. The lower service rating was because a bearded Indian-looking man, who seemed to be some kind of behind-the-scenes manager, gave me strange looks that made me feel as though he thought I’d stolen something. Apart from that, the staff were great and there was a good mix of people.

I’ve been staying with this Cheval group for more than six years, and the manager deserves a particular thank you, sincerely. The apartments are clean, tidy, and safe, with parking available, and people are always ready to help. Reception is staffed around the clock and never hesitates to assist. The location makes it easy to get around central London, with everything you might want less than a two-minute walk away.
