Just a short walk from the city centre, with easy parking, and we'd definitely stay again. The hotel was very clean, with great decor and superb rooms. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, had plenty of choice and was very good. Francisco served us and couldn't do enough to help, his customer service was on point. We didn't have dinner at the hotel.

We were in the area because a family member had a university audition, and this hotel was close by. The standard room with 2 double beds was clean and comfortable, with a TV, WiFi and USB charging point. Reception made a welcoming first impression, with a large area of soft seating. Staff were polite and friendly. We had a quick, hot evening meal in the restaurant, with a good choice of dishes. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection of hot and cold food. We hadn't booked it in advance, but could just pay at breakfast, which gave everyone plenty of options. The hotel is handy for the city centre, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with it for our short stay.

I was early for a training weekend, but the receptionist kindly let me check in ahead of time because my room was ready. That meant I could settle in before the long day of training. The training room was lovely, and there was a separate spot for tea breaks. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, and Francisco always greeted us with a smile while working hard to clear the lunch plates. The food was excellent, and the bar staff served drinks quickly. It was a perfect stay, and we're already looking forward to our next residential training weekend.

My room was clean and the staff were really friendly during an amazing weekend at holiday inn Leicester. At dinner it was very busy, but the manager and staff kept checking on guests to make sure everyone was looked after. A special thanks to the breakfast team, especially the young, tall, female Asian manager. It was my first trip to the UK and I'm vegetarian, so she helped me understand the available options and made sure I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

My wife and I stayed one night and had a really nice experience. Reception gave us a friendly welcome, and the room was large and very nice. The cooked breakfast buffet was lovely. Francisco brought us coffee, which we hadn't expected, and the chef offered pancakes and brought them over too. The staff were delightful.
