The kitchenette came in really handy, and I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The bathroom facilities were great and the bed was pretty comfy. It was also great value for money. The hotel is right in the heart of Liverpool, close to several train stations and buses for getting around. The women at the desk were lovely and really helpful, especially Liz, who was great at connecting with customers. Thanks to everyone for having me. I’d highly recommend the place for a short visit or even a longer stay.

I was only there for one night, but had an amazing stay. The rooms were very good, and the beds extremely comfy, with a comfortable headrest if you want to watch TV. My room had two TVs, one in the kitchen/living room and one in the bedroom. You could connect your phone to them, and they had several HDMI ports. There was also a washer and dryer, plus a shower, sink, and the other usual bathroom things. There are six floors with lots of rooms. The workers were very kind, and reception is staffed 24/7. There was free coffee and drinks. You can come before check-in to rest, check in early, or leave your bags in a locked room if you’re coming back later. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

The room was spotless and welcoming, with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, and everything else we needed. Heating and cooling were easy to control. Staff were friendly, service was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast and free. You could also stream from your phone to the TV. One window was screwed shut, so we couldn’t tilt it open for air, but thankfully the other worked. The blind by the bed was a bit sheer, and you could see through it with the lights off, though that wasn’t a problem for us and might vary by room. Check-in was easy, the location is close to lots of amenities, and our one-night stay was pleasant.

I’ve stayed here several times, and the hotel compares well with the best places I’ve stayed as a frequent traveller. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed, while the entry and exit system is secure and easy to use. The location is excellent, and I have no hesitation recommending it for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Check-in was friendly and helpful, though once it was very slow because I had to provide a lot of detailed information. I raised this with the General Manager, we clarified what was needed, and the issue was easily sorted.
