The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. It was quiet and we slept well. Staff were polite and professional, and were happy to help whenever we needed anything extra. The location is superb, with the wheel, boat trips and museums nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and shops around the docks. Liverpool1 and its restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. We stayed here for a second time during February half term, with my mother and my two children. It’s a lovely find for a couple of days away in our favourite city. We’d definitely recommend it and come back 😀 ❤️

The breakfast was well organised and the service was good. These very clean studio apartments are in a quiet spot, with several restaurants an easy walk away and the city centre about ten minutes on foot. Parking is available below the hotel, but it costs £25 per night.

We spent one night here for our anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the clean room had everything we needed, plus a nice view of the wheel. The hotel is close to the docks, though it’s a bit of a walk and wasn’t easy to spot. The bed was lovely and soft, but it could use one soft pillow too. We liked being able to connect Netflix to the TV and would stay again.

We had time to enjoy the social get-together this visit, sitting on a comfy sofa by the warm fireplace. We also shared some inside information with the reception staff for their upcoming trip to Malta in a few months. Please tell the two lads we made full use of the personalised tallinja card during our seven nights in Malta. We spent 200% of the card’s cost on bus travel and ferry fares ;-) This was our second stay at Staybridge Suites on Liverpool’s dockside, close to the Royal Albert Dock and an easy walk from Liverpool One bus station. It was perfect for our overnight stay before heading to the airport after breakfast. Looking forward to coming back. Keep up the good work, Staybridge Suites Liverpool.

I’ve stayed with all the major hotel chains over the years, and this is without a doubt the best. The guest suites are superb, beautifully decorated and spotless, with everything you need while you’re away. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had lots of choice and was brilliant. It’s centrally located for Liverpool 1, Kings Dock and the city centre. I’ll definitely stay again.
