Our room was on the small side, but it was adequate and clean. The service always came with a smile, and the staff and food were excellent. We stayed four days and felt it was worth every penny. The location is great, with plenty of shopping and the train station not far away if you want to travel further.

We had a lovely weekend with the family and didn't want to go home, we wanted to stay a bit longer. The sea view was great, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Thank you very much.

The staff were lovely and the hotel is generally good value and does the job. The rooms are spacious, have updated bathrooms and were clean, but you can hear corridor noise and conversations from other rooms. The doors should be replaced as soon as possible. We always pick hotels with a swimming pool, and this one was clean but looked very outdated and would benefit from refurbishment. With its prime location and some serious attention and upgrades, it could become a five-star hotel and regain its former glory.

Everything else was really nice, and the staff were lovely, especially the woman at reception. But the bedroom was so small it made my stay uncomfortable. I booked directly and paid more than I would have on booking sites so I could explain that because of my son's autism, he needs room to pace, and ask for at least a moderate-sized room. I couldn't bring myself to go back down to reception to explain.
