The location was brilliant, but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'm in a wheelchair, and the lift into the hotel was out of order. A staff member had to let me in through the delivery entrance and laundry, which was far from ideal. I couldn't come and go independently because I had to wait for staff to let me in or out. The room was freezing. My husband had to put our coats over me in bed to help me get warm. There was only one pillow, which wasn't enough for me, and the bed was very uncomfortable, unlike what you see advertised. Breakfast was lukewarm, which wasn't good either.

We arrived late with the children and found out I'd booked the wrong date. Online, the hotel looked fully booked, so it was a really stressful situation. The staff were understanding and worked hard to find us a room where we could spend the night safely and comfortably. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The room was clean, comfortable and well prepared, and the service was outstanding throughout. Thank you to everyone who helped turn a stressful moment into such a positive experience.

It's right in the middle of town, which is absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, and the professionals looking after me were some of the loveliest I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. That 4.5-star rating is NOT fair!

This Premier Inn was right in the centre of town, with an immaculate, cosy room and a great breakfast. The porridge was perfect, as always. The staff were as welcoming and super friendly as at other Premier Inns we've stayed in, and that makes all the difference. Zara was especially warm and friendly. Thanks to everyone. We'll definitely go back!

This was my second visit, and it's a really nice place. Getting around could be easier, though. I struggle to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. There is a lift thingy, but it's only for disabled people and their carers. The WiFi is also complicated and takes constant attention to keep connected, even though you pay £5 a day for the ultimate.
