Lynton House

Sheridan and Mark were welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were nicely presented, with the usual ensuite, TV, tea and coffee. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was a great start to the day. The location makes a good base for visiting Llandudno and North Wales, close to the Great Orme tram stop, pier, promenade, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. There are a few parking spaces round the back, but you need to book. Thanks.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful with local information, and they made the place feel relaxed. The guest house was pristine throughout, with the bedroom finished to the same high standard as the rest of the house. It’s ideally placed just off the main front, opposite the pier entrance and close to town.

The owners were lovely and welcoming, with a real nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude. We had a couple of very nice days at the Lynton and would happily recommend it. The room and the rest of the hotel were spotless, tidy and comfortable. Though it isn’t directly on the seafront, it’s so close that it made no difference. The front windows look over the bay, and you can see parts of the Great Orme at the back. The prom, pier and main town areas are a very short walk away. There’s a nicely furnished patio and garden at the front. The pub across the road offers a discount to Lynton residents, which might tempt you over. Breakfast was excellent, with a buffet of cereals and plenty more, plus a good range of cooked options. Service was efficient, warm and friendly. The lounge also has a well-stocked honesty bar with very reasonably priced drinks. Go to the Lynton, you won’t regret it.

Sheridan served a wonderful breakfast, and our room was lovely. Great hotel in a perfect location.
