The kitchen had everything I needed, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I was very satisfied with the amenities and the daily housekeeping. The staff were attentive and very helpful. 15 Basil Street is in a superb spot in Knightsbridge. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and I'd definitely consider staying there again on a future London trip. I'd happily recommend it to others.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed. We felt comfortable and relaxed there, and the details made it feel both luxurious and cozy. The location made it easy to make the most of our London weekend. Major attractions, high-end shops, and lively places to eat were all within walking distance, so getting around wasn't a worry. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Ana and Sara were especially warm and professional, always ready to help with a genuine smile. They went out of their way for us, and we felt truly cared for. Our stay at 15 Basil Street made the weekend unforgettable. We'd wholeheartedly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay in central London, and can't wait to come back. Thanks to the team for making it so special.

The location was hard to beat. Hyde Park and the subway are just a three-minute walk away, and Harrods is a minute from the apartment. I stayed on the lower ground floor, but the large windows let in plenty of natural light, so it never felt cramped. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout. My stay at 15 Basil Street was a full 10 out of 10, and it exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The location was great, close to important landmarks, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and one child, and the bathroom was so clean and lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped, with complimentary breakfast juice and milk. The service was really nice too, and the staff were welcoming. This apartment made our London vacation memorable, and we had the best stay and experience. Thank you to the staff and manager for the wonderful hospitality!
