We were greeted in our room at the Mornington hotel with sweets and a drink, a lovely little surprise that gave our trip a nice start. We stayed a week before Christmas and really liked the room and its facilities. Breakfast was amazing, and both the reception and breakfast teams were very helpful. We’ll certainly come back.

Anna went above and beyond when a booking problem caused by my travel agency needed sorting out. The staff were all friendly and ready to help, and their care made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The location is great too, just a six-minute walk from Lancaster subway station, so getting around London was easy. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and will come back on my next London trip.

We arrived early and the receptionist told us our room was ready, so we could check in straight away. Later that day, we were invited to drinks and canapés at "The Snug Lounge" at Scoff & Banter Bar & Rearaurant. Sid and his team looked after us and the other guests so well. It was a lovely way to unwind after our London outing, including the nearby Tate Gallery, before dinner. The historic hotel is beautiful, and the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a short tube ride from the airport and less than two minutes from the tube exit. The V&A Musuem, Harrods, Covent Gardens and plenty more are within walking distance. Breakfast was fabulous and included with the stay. We highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is handy for Paddington station, less than a ten-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and in good shape. My only gripe was that the shower head fixture in the bathroom needed replacing. A nice hotel overall.

Mohammad, the GM, was kind, helpful and very accommodating during our lovely two-night stay in December. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff there were pleasant too. Thanks for everything, we’re looking forward to coming back.
