The cleaners deserve a special mention. They kept everything spotless, fresh, and comfortable every day, and their kindness and attention to detail stood out. This may not be the biggest or most luxurious hotel, but the warmth here beats what I've felt at some five-star places. Magdalena greeted us with genuine smiles, and the staff's welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home right away. A clean, friendly, inviting little hidden gem. I'd happily return. Thank you.

Stayed here Saturday 6th March. A little gem with great value right in the centre of Victoria. The staff are so friendly and absolutely lovely. I'll be back!

My flight from Paris was cancelled, so I made a last-minute trip to London for a day. I found this place on the bus the day before, for one night at a very good price, around 50 dollars for a single room. I arrived at 7:30 in the morning, well before the 2pm check-in, and only wanted to leave my luggage while I waited. I think the room I'd booked wasn't available, and Tammy kindly let me check in early in the luxury three-bed room instead. I was grateful, especially since it was raining and I hadn't slept the day before because of travelling. The room was beautiful, classic, and clean, with a nice shower. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. If I hadn't needed to go the next day, I'd have booked another night if possible. The location is great, close to almost everything by train and some places on foot, in a beautiful neighborhood. It's very quiet with little foot traffic, so it isn't the place for partying with friends after a night out. I prefer a peaceful hotel after a night out, or in general, so this suited me. Thank you, Tammy, for making my first time in London comfortable. I'll book again and make this my regular place when I get the chance to return.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are small, but they're fine for me as a solo traveler. Both the room and en-suite were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Pimlico tube is a five-minute walk, with shops and places to eat nearby.
