The cleaning was the main letdown: our apartment was serviced only once during the six days. Otherwise, our five-night stay at Carlton Court was alright. My husband and I found the location very convenient, close to restaurants, cafes and tourist sights, and the one-bedroom apartment had plenty of space with a bedroom, living room and bathroom.

The apartment was spotless and felt luxurious, clearly well looked after. My family and I had an exceptional stay, and the staff learned our names, a personal touch you don't get at bigger hotels. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone who wants the comforts of home right in the city centre. Thank you.

The location is good, and it's a decent apartment, but the price is very high for what you get. It has two floors: downstairs there's a 2.5m by 3m living room, a 2m by 1.5m kitchen and a 1.5m by 1.8m toilet. The basement has a 4m by 4.5m main bedroom, a small 1.5m by 2m bedroom and a 2m by 1.8m toilet. There are cheaper alternatives available.

A cosy, affordable apartment for a family, and it has an accessible toilet, which I've rarely found in London. I've stayed at several hotels, but this is the only one I've come across with one. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr Danial. Thank you, I'd recommend staying here.

Ginette, the owner, welcomed us and patiently answered all our questions. She made us feel at home and was ready to help with anything to keep the stay running smoothly. It's always a pleasure to come here: the service is great, the staff are helpful and everything is very clean. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in London. Countess Lloyd George of Dwyfor.
