The hot chocolate at The Gallery restaurants was the best I've ever tried. We stayed at Savoy for a week with our kids, and the location was excellent, close to several main sights. The housekeeping team paid real attention to the room and our needs, and everyone we met was friendly, genuine, professional, and happy to help. A special thank you to Giuliana, the hostess at the local restaurant. She was polite, warm, and always happy to see us. Roseline was one of the best waiters we've ever met, knowledgeable and professional, and especially good at making the kids feel special. Savoy made our London visit memorable.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Savoy, and the complimentary upgrade to a river view room was stunning. We also loved the afternoon tea, the American bar, and our dinner at the Savoy Grill. The staff took such good care of us and made the stay feel special. It was an excellent choice.

Dining was a highlight, with plenty of choices and delicious, beautifully presented dishes at both breakfast and dinner. The room was spotless and lovely, with stunning views and careful attention to detail. Staff were warm and attentive from arrival, and the service was impeccable. The Savoy Hotel feels both sophisticated and comfortable, making it a good fit for relaxing or celebrating something special. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily recommend it for a memorable stay. I look forward to returning. Absolutely stunning hotel!

It was lovely to see Rob at the door again, with the familiar warm, smiling face we've come to know on our stays. Eliah was welcoming and friendly throughout and made us feel special. Her Paddington Bear gift was a wonderful surprise as we were leaving. She'd finished for the day before we could thank her in person, so we shared our thanks with the guys on the door and asked them to pass it on. We came back to The Savoy to celebrate my birthday, and our stay was perfect. The junior suite was ready with champagne, strawberries, a welcome back card, and birthday chocolate. Afternoon tea and breakfast were fab as always, and we enjoyed late-night drinks at the American bar. Thanks to all the staff for going above and beyond and making our stays feel special.

The central London location made everything easy to reach, and the dining was excellent, with high-quality food and a refined atmosphere. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
