The rooms were clean and very well maintained, which made our stay relaxing and comfortable. Mouhan at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful, and the gentleman who showed us to the room was kind and professional too. I'm sorry I forgot his name. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again when we visit the city.

The receptionist was lovely and took us straight to our room. It was spacious, neat and tastefully furnished. The shower was the nicest in the world, omg, I'd steal it if I could. It was warm without being too hot, perfect for winter.

The room matched its description: clean, quiet and well soundproofed. We were able to walk easily to Victoria Station, with pubs nearby and a Tesco close by. Having a lift in the main building was handy for our heavy suitcases. The price and location were well worth it, and the reception team were friendly and very helpful, even letting us check in earlier than scheduled.

The refund was handled professionally, and the staff were polite. Still, this was an extremely distressing bed bug incident that had a major negative impact on my trip. On the first day in room 503, I noticed a strong smell of insect spray. I assumed it was ordinary cleaning or maintenance and didn't question it. Later, I was bitten by a bed bug. I found it in the bed, crushed it with a tissue, and saw it was full of blood. I took the tissue straight to reception and showed the staff member on duty. I left immediately and had to find another London hotel without a reservation. I also sent all my clothes and belongings to a professional cleaner to reduce the risk of bringing a possible infestation home. It completely disrupted and ruined my vacation. The hotel looks clean and the staff were kind, but a bed bug is a serious issue for guests, not a minor inconvenience. I sincerely hope management thoroughly inspects and treats the room before assigning it to anyone else.
