Kim from Myanmar in the front office made our trip especially joyful. Her recommendation of a wonderful fish and chips restaurant became one of our most memorable moments in London and brought back the feeling of the very best times here. We're grateful for her kindness and attention. The breakfast team also gave us a warm welcome each morning, which set a lovely tone for the day. From check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. The room was in excellent condition, and throughout our stay the team were friendly and respectful. They were always ready to help with the small challenges that come with traveling, with patience and kindness. Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable and meaningful. I look forward to returning.

A complimentary upgrade made the stay even more comfortable, and management handled an issue promptly and with a smile. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels in central London, and I'd happily stay again.

Our room was spot on, with more facilities than I expected: a full-size fridge, cutlery, microwave and the biggest wall-mounted TV I've had in a hotel. I travel extensively in Europe for work. We also had a wonderful breakfast with a huge choice of food. At reception, Shuba and Eva welcomed us, explained where everything was and were genuinely interested in why we'd come to London. They were professional, engaging and very helpful. A brilliant stay, and I'd happily return or recommend this location for its handy access to so many of the capital's attractions.

The location is ideal, and we had good service, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. What stood out was how helpful the staff were after I realized I'd left my passport in the room when I was already at the airport. They called a taxi company and made sure it got to me in time. Thank you again, Rajit, Kate and Jay, for being on the other end of the phone and helping so much. I can only recommend the hotel.
