The views were lovely and calming, and the flat was well stocked. Heating worked really well, maybe a bit too well. It's a spacious one-bedroom flat in the heart of canary wharf, close to Tescos and within walking distance of other shops. Westfield Stratford is 15 minutes away.

The bed was the worst part. The mattress itself had a strong, unpleasant smell, not just the sheets, and it felt unhygienic and off-putting. The pillows and bed were also far too soft and uncomfortable. I've never had an experience like it. The rest of the accommodation was poorly maintained, with a filthy, stained carpet, marked walls, and mold in the bathroom. We had booked a room with a river view, but on arrival were told it wasn't guaranteed. Staff said they'd see if we could move, but after two follow-ups and a message through Booking, we heard nothing. The view was one of the main reasons we chose the place, so if the property can't provide the advertised room type, there should at least be a price difference. The stay was unpleasant, frustrating, and far below expectations. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The flats are spacious and comfortable, and the reception staff are in a class of their own. They were incredibly helpful.

Our three-bedroom room had a balcony overlooking the water, and the quiet surroundings made it a comfortable place for the family. The rooms were clean, the furniture felt new, and the service was excellent and very responsive. I only wish the shower had stronger water pressure. Our security deposit went back to the credit card four days after checkout. Keep it up, guys. See you soon.
