Comfotel Blu

The reception staff were lovely. I especially want to thank venu, one of the guys there, who helped me with accommodation for my whole trip. When I first arrived, he assured me there were no bed bugs, and the room was clean. The hotel is affiliated with nearby places such as comfotel prpl and euro hotel. Since I’d failed to book early, I had to give up my room halfway through the stay so it could go to someone else. The receptionist offered me a room at the other accommodation for the same price that day and assured me it was clean too. I was happy with the move, and that place was clean as well. I first booked for two days just to check whether the room was liveable, then extended for about a week because it met my standards. I only needed a small room without bed bugs or a bad smell, and didn’t mind the size. I like walking as little as possible. For London, which is generally expensive, £60 a night for a single room in hammersmith felt worth it. I don’t think you can expect similar quality at that price elsewhere, unless you stay in hostels. The place was relatively clean, had enough room for my luggage, and provided towels and a hair dryer. My room faced away from traffic, reception staff were friendly, and the streets felt generally safe. There’s a tesco and sainsbury nearby, and hammersmith station is a 10-minute walk away. The shower was a bit small but bearable. There might be hair on the towels, so you could bring your own. It may not be as good as a regular hotel, but it’s a comfortable, clean place to stay. The reception isn’t like what you’d see in a regular hotel, though a bigger reception would mean less space for rooms. I’d come back if the management stays the same.

A decent stay in a central London location, with a nice view of planes. The room was clean, though the shower and sink weren’t, and the fan made a lot of noise.

I slept really well because my room was at the back of the building and quiet. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and keen to help. There’s good security, fresh bed linen, and the room and sparkling en-suite bathroom were immaculately clean, though the room itself was small and had no frills. It’s a real find if all you need is a clean room in a central location at a budget price. The Underground station is walkable, buses and taxis are easy to get on the street outside, and there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the Underground and bus stops are very close. The people at the desk were really nice.
