Crowne Plaza London Ealing

I bring tour groups here quite often as a coach driver, and it’s always a pleasure to return. A full coach of passengers can be a nightmare for some hotels, with everyone asking for different things, but here the staff meet our requests as far as they reasonably can, always with a smile. Britton, Saad and Yash are particularly great guys. Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed 🙂

The whole team were friendly, genuine, and proactive. Saad, Pedro, Sadie, and Britton all stood out. Breakfast was reliably good, plentiful, and replenished, with plenty of pleasant places to sit. Our room was clean and spacious, quiet outside, and the heating could be adjusted with the press of a button. Parking is charged, as stated, and we had no trouble parking. Buses, the Underground, and roads are right at hand. What a refreshing hotel experience. Crowne Plaza is a great addition to the area.

The rooms are spacious and sensibly laid out, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and bedding. Heating is easy to control in the room, without the hotel restricting it centrally, and the bathroom water pressure was good too, which isn’t always the case with a large chain. The lighting is the main drawback. There are plenty of fixtures, but the room still feels a little dim. We had a great stay and the staff were great. Note that on-site parking costs £19/day, though you can come and go as often as you like.

Parking was a big convenience for us: we left the car at the hotel and explored London without stress. Our room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and completely quiet. Breakfast had a wide range of choices, was well organised, and felt like good value. The breakfast team were friendly and helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Sujata and Marinda at reception were especially warm, kind, and informative, and made everything easy with their helpfulness and professionalism. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us.
