We came for coffee and left disappointed. The table and setting were lovely, and the atmosphere was nice, but getting a staff member's attention was difficult. Even though we'd booked ahead, we were first brought tea in takeaway cups, so we had to ask for proper cups and a teapot. Our toast arrived cold and without butter, and there were no pastries available either. A disappointing visit.

During our week here, we ate several times at Pavyllon restaurant and Bar Antoine. The food and service were world class, and the bone marrow dish in the photo was excellent. Cindy, Marine and especially T, or “Mr. T”, made every meal a perfect 10. The housekeeping staff also went above and beyond, and the turn-down service was incredible, making the room look brand new. Our stay at the four seasons park lane was MAGNIFICENT!!! I'll be back with my family and look forward to seeing this incredible staff again. Thank you so much!

After my spa session I stopped for coffee, and Aedan served me. He was BRILLIANT, really helpful and always smiling.

I didn't stay overnight, just stopped at the lobby bar for drinks, and had a wonderful time. The wine glasses weren't very clean, but they changed them for us quickly.
