The location made it easy for my daughter and me to explore London for a week. Waterloo Station is under five minutes away, with tube and National Rail connections, and plenty of other sights are a short walk. Shops nearby were handy for food and other essentials. On our last day, they safely stored our luggage, so we could explore in the morning, see an afternoon musical in the West End and have dinner without dragging our bags around. We picked them up early in the evening and left for Heathrow. That extra time to enjoy the city is a great value. Our room was decent but small, so space was tight. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the custodial staff cleaned the room well every day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from, but it was the same items daily. After six days, that got a little repetitive. A different entree or some options every few days would've been nice. That's the only issue we had.

The window looked out onto machinery and equipment, which wasn't pleasant. Everything else was wonderful. The 24/7 staff were always around, professional and very helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo. The hotel was neat and clean, and our comfortable room was well maintained. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the food was fresh and nicely presented. It was a lovely start to the mornings.

I've stayed here several times and the team has always been great, especially this time. Chris checked me in, and Malcon helped extend my stay. They were both professional and friendly, which made everything nicer. The rooms are well maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the blackout curtains are handy after enjoying London at night. The location makes public transport and getting around easy. There are bars and restaurants close by, but little foot traffic at night, so it's peaceful enough for a good sleep.

We picked this place for its proximity to Waterloo, so we could get home for a 40th birthday. The service before arrival and during the stay was outstanding, and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough. The room was great for the price, with a fantastic bathroom, a huge new TV and comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing, and there were plenty of seats even when it got busy. A great hotel at an amazing price, just a stone's throw from Waterloo station. I've had better service here than in some 5* hotels. Well done, and thank you, we really needed that. Jo and Sus. Xxxx

The location was pretty good, close to the station. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, though it gets busy fast and you might have to wait for a table depending on when you go. The room was a little small, and there wasn't enough space to leave our suitcases open.
