The breakfast was delicious, with cooked food, cereal, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, bakery items and condiments. I made a few trips up for my money’s worth, and the hot chocolate was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the room had plenty of space. After the concert, being so close to the OVO arena was great, and I slept well. We were there for a concert and my partner’s birthday, so I booked a king room and birthday package. Reception welcomed us warmly, and we were even upgraded. In the room we found Prosecco, cake, confetti, balloons, a little candle made from towels, and a handwritten card with our names on it. Such a lovely surprise, and we really enjoyed the cake. I might have misheard the receptionist saying we could take something from the minibar, because I was charged £12 for chocolate honeycomb. It was tasty, though a bit pricey. Reception also brought up more hot chocolate when I asked. I usually stay at Travelodge or Premier Inn, and now I see the appeal of Hilton. We were treated so well from start to finish, and it felt like real luxury to me. I’m sad I didn’t have time to try the pool or gym. I’ll definitely come back.

The gym was spacious, clean and open early, with cardio machines, free weights, functional training space, mats, mirrors and cooling fans. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh pastries, eggs made to order, seasonal fruit, good coffee and healthy choices. There was plenty of variety, and the service was attentive. I also found the staff genuinely friendly. The front desk team checked me in efficiently, greeted me with smiles and shared useful tips about places nearby. The welcome set a good tone as soon as I arrived. The Hilton Wembley Hotel has a modern design and a convenient spot near Wembley Stadium, which made getting to events and exploring London easy. My stay was comfortable and exceeded what I expected. I’d gladly return, whether for business or leisure, and recommend it to visitors.

Reception, restaurant and both bars had friendly, polite and helpful staff. The hotel is large and modern, right beside Wembley stadium and arena. My room was spacious, with a huge bed and everything I needed. There was tea, coffee, a kettle, biscuits and drinking water, plus a minibar you pay for. The bathroom was big, and although the shower was over the bath, the curtain worked well and kept the floor dry.

The room was amazing, and my stay got off to a lovely start thanks to Hussain at check-in. He was warm, friendly and professional, and took time to explain things clearly so I felt at ease and looked after. The process was smooth and relaxed, not rushed. Hussain’s positive manner made a strong first impression, and it was clear he cared about giving good service. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

The poolside had a cozy feel, and the hotel is well placed for anyone who likes shopping. It also works well for families with young kids, with a playground just a 1 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a luxurious feel. The bathrooms could use a little updating, perhaps just the lighting, but they were clean and tidy. A special thank you to mr Jonathon. He was friendly, professional and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. His service made our stay much more enjoyable. I’d happily choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
