There was no privacy here. At 9:45 am, while I was changing, a staff member opened my door without knocking, even though my checkout wasn't until 10:30. The service was horrible, and the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. If you want fresh sheets and towels, they only provide them after at least 48 hours of your stay, and they charge you for them.

I needed a place for a meeting the next morning and booked at the last minute in the early evening. I found the owner's mobile number on the website and asked about checking in very late. They were helpful and arranged for me to collect the key from a safe. The accommodation was modern, clean, tidy, and of an excellent standard. The driveway was available, though it looked as if it might only be wide enough for one car. It was good value and convenient for my meeting.

They accommodated my travel cot when it didn't fit in the room I'd booked, and parking right outside was ideal with children. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location worked really well for us, with Tesco nearby, Brent Cross Underground less than 10 minutes away, and the A406 and Brent Cross Shopping Centre close by too. My partner and I spent two nights for £160 in Deluxe Garden Room - Room 2. It was quiet despite being near Golders Green Road, and the room was clean and smelled nice. We had a kettle, fridge, Smart TV, plenty of sockets and USB ports. The bathroom was spacious, with a huge shower and no trouble with water pressure. I think this little hotel is a hidden gem, and we'd happily stay again on our next London trip. Thanks, Hotel CG.
