I ended up here for a day after Air India cancelled my Heathrow to Delhi flight because of a technical issue. The hotel was in a quiet area, with shops about a 15-minute walk away, and around a 10-minute drive from the airport. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant served good food with a mix of cuisines, though I felt the menu could be more extensive. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay in a clean twin room with basic amenities and ambient lighting. The only thing I missed was a mini fridge. The hotel describes itself as affordable, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced stay.

I stay here fairly often for work. The rooms are basic, but always spotless, and being able to open the windows for fresh air is a big plus for me. It’s well placed for Heathrow, with a good food menu and local shops and places to eat nearby. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Hosneara is a delight, and takes a genuine interest in making sure your stay is as good as it can be.

On my two-night visit to Ibis London Heathrow Airport, the team’s warm welcome and attentive service made a real impression. Even over a short stay, I could see how much the staff cared about guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Jashan gave me great food suggestions in the evening and made sure everything was right. At breakfast, Hilda brought wonderful energy and attention to the service, making the start of the day a pleasure. They both made the stay feel special. Thanks to the team for the thoughtful care. When our travel plans changed unexpectedly twice, the team handled things flexibly and were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable throughout. Keziah deserves a special mention for being responsive and helpful. The rooms were good and the facilities great. It was easy to reach by public transport and very convenient for Heathrow. Excellent customer service.

Anna and Hosneara at reception are a big part of why I keep coming back. They’re warm, professional, and make every arrival feel welcoming. I stay at this ibis regularly, and the hotel is reliably clean and comfortable, with an easy check-in and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d happily recommend it and will stay again when I’m in the area.
