Mason & Fifth - Westbourne Park

Saying goodbye was hard. Thanks to everyone who made my stay so memorable and lovely. It’s the kind of place where people welcome you like family and make you feel at home. There’s so much kindness, love, and positive energy here, and it feels inclusive and welcoming to everyone. From the smart, spotless studios to the cozy corners, the whole place feels sleek, modern, and sexy, while capturing the raw beauty of West London. Every detail feels thought through. I loved the delicious bed with five pillows, the cute kitchenette with everything I needed, and the spotless bathroom with fabulous products. I won’t spoil the experience, but there are lots of hidden gems made just for guests. If there were a membership program, it would make a perfect members’ club.

The pool, steam room, and gym were well equipped. The rooms were adequate, though the layout of the TV and bed against the windows left very little room to walk around the double bed. Our experience may not have met expectations because we weren’t given enough information about the hotel services, probably because the app wasn’t working. The staff member who took time to explain things on the second day was very helpful.

The service was great. I’d left breakfast off my booking by mistake, even though I’d definitely recommend adding the buffet, and they happily helped me sort it out. I’m not very familiar with London, but I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my first visit. I’m a professional runner and travel quite a bit, so comfort and the general feel of a place matter a lot to my experience and training. The warm lighting and smooth music made travel anxiety ease off, and the breakfast buffet was top notch. The cinema room was wow, the rooms had what I needed and nothing more, and the gym and pool felt like a spa. They even have free laundry, which you hardly ever see. The location is good too, right on the river, with lots of restaurants and grocery options nearby and easy access by tube. Whether you need somewhere for a quick visit or a longer stay, I’d rate it 10/10. If I could afford it, I’d live here long term. In a beautiful world, I’d get a visa, move to London, live at Mason and Fifth, work part time there, and train in their stunning gym and the beautiful countryside nearby.

This was an unforgettable stay for me and my boyfriend for Valentine’s and our anniversary, which we celebrate together. I can’t thank everyone at Mason and Fifth Westbourne Park enough. Monica helped me throughout the planning because I wanted it to be a surprise, and she was so easy to talk to. One of the lovely guys set up the gifts in the room, the woman checking us in kept it secret, and another staff member extended our key card so we could stay after checkout. The reception team were all so friendly, chatting with us like old friends. Monica’s hospitality was second to none. We were given a free room upgrade and drinks for the special occasion, and could use the facilities before check-in and after checkout. Everything was clean and the facilities were great. We made very good use of the gym, sauna, swimming pool, steam room, listening lounge, and cinema room. It was a 100/10 experience.
